Northern Province Lecture to go online
The second Northern Province lecture in the 2020 series is to be given by Bishop Helen-Ann Hartley on “Law and life in the Anglican Communion” on 25 June at 5:30pm. Due to the present circumstances, we are intending for this lecture to take place online, using Zoom or equivalent technology, rather than in person as originally planned.

The Ecclesiastical Law Society welcomed the Rt Worshipful Peter Collier QC, Chancellor of the Diocese of York, as the speaker at the first of the Society’s Northern Province Lecture series for 2020. His topic was “Safeguarding: From Ball and Banks to Beech via Bell.”
