Cadw has issued a consultation on the draft Ecclesiastical Exemption (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Wales) Order 2018 together with draft best-practice guidance and draft best-practice guidance on Managing Scheduled Monuments.

Ecclesiastical Law Journal

Published three times a year by Cambridge University Press on behalf of the Ecclesiastical Law Society, the Journal publishes articles on all aspects of ecclesiastical law.

Northern Province Lectures launched

A new series of Northern Province Lectures has been announced for 2018. Speakers include Sir Mark Hedley, Deputy President of the Clergy Discipline Tribunal; Mark Hill QC, ELS chairman and Chancellor of the Diocese of Leeds; and Sir Philip Mawer, former Independent Reviewer.
