Penalties in Clergy Discipline Cases: Revised Guidance Published

The Clergy Discipline Commission has issued revised guidance on penalties in clergy discipline cases. This replaces former guidance and applies both for the imposition of penalties by a tribunal and for penalties by consent imposed by bishops.
