Bitesize Ecclesiastical Law #6 “What is an electoral roll?”

3 December 2024, 17:30 - 18:00

,

This seminar is part of our monthly series of introductory ‘bitesize’ discussions of ecclesiastical law, focussed on the Church of England. It is intended to be accessible to everyone with an interest in the subject.

#5 What is an electoral roll? – We talk with Frances Godden, solicitor and ELS trustee, about electoral rolls– perhaps the nearest thing the Church of England has to a membership list. This is particularly topical as parishes will be renewing their electoral rolls in 2025.

The introductory discussion will be recorded and posted to our Youtube channel. In the second half, the discussion will be opened up to all attending the seminar, and this part will not be recorded.

The seminar will last 30 minutes in total.

This Zoom seminar is open to members and non-members and is free of charge. Booking through this website closes 24 hours before the event. Please book using the form below. The day before the event, Zoom invitations will be sent out by email to those who have booked.
